Aarch Caster and Equipment will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts by third parties during transmission.

General Policies

1. Credit Cards:

a. Aarch Caster and Equipment will process your credit card prior to shipment.
b. Aarch Caster and Equipment will email you a copy of your paid credit card receipt and paid invoice.

c. Aarch Caster and Equipment reserves the right to contact and confirm with the issuing bank that the credit card information you provide was issued to you, and that the card has not been reported stolen or compromised.  

2. Lead Time: Aarch Caster and Equipment will make every effort to ship orders within 1-2  business days, but does not guarantee it.

3. Stock Outages: Aarch Caster and Equipment does not guarantee that the item(s) you order will be in stock. Unavoidable stock shortages/outages can cause shipments to be delayed for several days.
 

4. Right to Refuse Fulfillment: Aarch Caster and Equipment reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of all or part of any order, for any reason, at any time.

Shipping Terms & Policies

***WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.***

1. Shipping Method:

a. Aarch Caster and Equipment utilizes either UPS or Fedex services.

b. All UPS and Fedex shipments ship exclusively via Standard Ground Service.

c. Neither UPS nor Fedex will deliver to a P.O. Box. You must provide a physical address.

d. If your order exceeds the weight limit for UPS or Fedex shipment it will require an LTL shipment. Please do not place these orders on the website. Instead, call our customer services department at 1-636-349-0220 (1-888-636-0220) to coordinate an LTL shipment.
 

2. Shipping Point:

a. All orders are FOB origin and the primary shipping point is Fenton, MO 63026.  

b. The shipping point may vary depending on Aarch Caster and Equipment’s choice to ship an order direct from a manufacturer or another distribution center.
c. The shipping point may have an impact on overall transit times.

3. Transit Time: Any transit times provided by Aarch Caster and Equipment prior to shipping are estimates only. Aarch Caster and Equipment assumes no responsibility for the amount of time a shipment is in transit.

4. Additional Shipping Charges: Shipping charges incurred by Aarch Caster and Equipment as a result of you refusing to receive a shipment, or the inability of the carrier to deliver due to no one being available to receive the shipment at the ship-to address, or your inability to offload the shipment for any reason, will be charged back to your credit card.

5. Stolen Packages: When delivering to a residential addresses, UPS and Fedex often leave packages unattended at your door. It is your responsibility to secure these packages. Aarch Caster and Equipment is not responsible for stolen packages once the shipment has been delivered, and will not replace or refund your order.

6. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
 

Sales Tax Policy
 

1. Sales Tax: Aarch Caster and Equipment Collect’s sales tax on all purchases at the current tax rate for Fenton Missouri.
 

2. Sales Tax Exemption: Missouri and Illinois companies and organizations that are tax exempt should not place orders on this website. Instead, call our customer service department at 1-636-349-0220 (1-888-349-0220) to place and coordinate your order

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Note: In an effort to minimize the need to return goods we ask that you consider contacting our sales department at 1-636-349-0220 (1-888 349-0220) before making your purchase so we can discuss your caster/wheel application, and help you select the best caster/wheel for your application. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as stress free as possible, to satisfy your needs, and to be a company that’s easy to do business with.
 

Returns

Full conformance to this return policy applies, so please read the following carefully:

Any merchandise returned for any reason which is not the fault of Aarch Caster and Equipment is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return authorization must be requested within 30 days of order ship date. Return requests made beyond 30 days of the order ship date will not be considered.

Return shipments which arrive at Aarch Caster and Equipment without prior authorization will be returned to you at your expense.

All returned items must be in new, unused and unaltered condition.
 

Return Procedure

1. Contact Aarch Caster and Equipment’s customer service department by email at  service@aarchcaster.com and request a Return Goods  Authorization (“RGA”) form.Please provide the invoice number, your name, the quantity and the part number for the item(s) you wish to return, along with a reason for the return request.
 

2. After receiving your RGA form, securely repackage the returning goods, attach or enclose a copy of the RGA form, and ship to the return address supplied on the RGA form. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Return shipping method and cost from you to Aarch Caster and Equipment is your responsibility. We do not recommend using USPS.
 

Goods lost or damaged during return transit from you to Aarch Caster and Equipment are your responsibility.
 

All returns must be received by Aarch Caster and Equipment within 10 days of the RGA issue date.
 

Aarch Caster and Equipment will inspect all returned goods for content, quantity and condition prior to issuing a refund. Aarch Caster and Equipment reserves the right to refuse full or partial refund if it is deemed the content or quantity and/ or the condition of goods is unacceptable.

Aarch Caster and Equipment reserves the right to refuse a full or partial refund for failure to comply with any or all of the above Return Policy criteria.
 

Refunds

Once inspection of the returned goods is deemed acceptable, Aarch Caster and Equipment will refund. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt of your return to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card  statement depending on your credit card company. Aarch Caster and Equipment will email you a copy of the credit card refund receipt.
 

Exchanges

Because it is highly likely that there will be a difference in price between one item being exchanged for another (for example a 6" caster for an 8" caster), exchanges will be treated as a return, and a completely new purchase. Please see our return policies above to request an RGA to return the unwanted item(s), and place a new on-line order for the new item(s).
 

Exceptions

Exceptions to our return policies include:
 

- Item(s) containing a manufacturer's defect

- Incorrect quantities

- Incorrect items
 

In these cases, please contact our customer service department at 1-636-349-0220 (1-888-349-0220) to arrange an exchange, a replacement or fulfillment. Aarch Caster and Equipment agrees to arrange and pay for return and replacement shipments in these cases only.
 

Damaged or Lost Merchandise Policy

Damage to, or missing merchandise can occur during transit due to mishandling by the carrier. Packages can also become lost in transit.

For UPS or Fedex Shipments:

If UPS or Fedex requires your signature for a package(s), Be sure to thoroughly inspect the packaging PRIOR to signing for any packages. If there is any visible damage (beyond normal reasonable scuffing), such as open boxes, split boxes, or if it appears the package has been resealed, etc., you must have the driver make note of the damage in their system.

We also suggest that you take pictures of the packaging before you open the package(s).

If UPS or Fedex leaves a package on your porch that you did not sign for, and you discover damage to the packaging, or it appears the package has been resealed, take pictures of the packaging before you open the package(s).

Under either of the above scenarios, after opening the package(s) inspect the contents for quantity and product damage. If the physical quantity does not match the quantity on the enclosed (or affixed) packing slip, or there is visible damage to the product, immediately contact Aarch Caster and Equipment's customer service department at 1-636-349-0220 (1-888-349-0220).

You must save all packaging cartons and materials in the condition that they arrive. (the carrier may require the original cartons/ packaging in order to process a claim). The photos you take may also help in processing a claim.

Under these scenarios Aarch Caster and Equipment will replace the missing or damaged merchandise. We may request that you ship damaged merchandise back to us. failure by you to produce the cartons and packing materials for the claim may nullify replacement of the damaged or missing merchandise.

For LTL Shipments:

Prior to signing for LTL shipments, thoroughly inspect packaging from Aarch Caster and Equipment. If there is any visible damaged (beyond normal reasonable scuffing), such as open boxes, split boxes, broken bands, etc., you must have the truck drive make a note on the bill of lading of the damage PRIOR to signing for the shipment. We suggest that you take pictures of the shipment even before you take it off of the truck.

Under the scenario, after opening the package(s) inspect the contents for quantity and product damage. If the physical quantity does not match the quantity on the enclosed (or affixed) packing slip, or there is visible damage to the product, immediately contact Aarch Caster and Equipment's customer service department at 1-636-349-0220 (1-888-349-0220).

A. Aarch Caster and Equipment for Prepaid UPS, Fedex or LTL shipments only. Under these scenarios Aarch Caster and Equipment will replace any damaged, missing or lost merchandise as long as you have provided photos and the original packaging required by the carrier, and have returned (at our request) damaged merchandise.
 

B. You, if you have instructed us to send an LTL shipment freight collect by a carrier of your choice. In this case, you are also responsible for repurchasing damaged, missing or lost merchandise.
